Angsana Velavaru offers 3 restaurants and private, luxury beachfront and water villas with private pools on Velavaru Island (Turtle Island). It is a 45-minute seaplane ride from Malé International Airport. Angsana Velavaru is a family friendly resort, and has an indoor and outdoor kids’ club, which offers a wide variety of activities including babysitting services.
To capture the best of both worlds, Angsana Velavaru is half on the crystal clear waters of the Maldivian ocean and half on the white sandy beaches of the South Nilandhe Atoll.
Some beach villas are furnished with jet pools or private garden terraces with swimming pools. All beach villas are equipped with modern amenities such as outdoor rain shower, TV, coffee, tea making facilities, electric kettle, bedroom and outdoor slippers and bathrobes. All In-Ocean villas are built apart from the island by the house reefs. Each In-ocean is 2 stories high, spacious and each has an infinity pool. All villas have direct access to the beach and the ocean. Wi-fi is available throughout the island.
Angsana’s chefs serve a wide variety of local and international cuisines. Maldivian cuisine, fresh seafood and international dishes are served at the resorts three restaurants. It’s iconic Funa restaurant, serves a fresh lobster dinner. For additional dining guests are able to book a destination dining experience, an in-villa dining experience, or a floating breakfast.
Guests can relax with Angsana’s award-winning spa treatments, request for dolphin-watching trips, whale shark excursions or fishing in a traditional Maldivian Dhoni. Dove activities can be arranged at Angsana Velavaru’s 5 Star Padi Dove Center on request. The resort has its own marine laboratory.
Guests arrive Velana International Airport in Hulhumale at 20:00-21:00pm, doing the custom procedure and will be picked up by the hotel representative. Staying 01 night in Hulhumale Hotel.
Flying to Angsana Velavaru Maldives resort by seaplane, complete the check-in formalities at the resort. Guests staying at the resort with 02 nights of Beachfront Infinity Pool Villa and 01 night of InOcean Pool Villa.
Thereafter, the day is free to admire the scenic beauty of massive lagoons sprinkled all around. You are free for leisure activities- take a dip in the blue sea waters, explore the nearby attractions, walk on the sandy beaches and so on. Post dinner, overnight stay in Maldives.
Today is the last day of the tour when after having breakfast, you get an assisted transfer to the airport to catch a flight to your onward destination.
